Service should have been better.
The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. The only vehicle available at the last minute was a Dodge Durango. I would have preferred a mini-van, but this was all they had. The Durango's gas mileage was a big concern for me, but the associate, Tara, mentioned the gas mileage ran around 22. It was quickly put to rest when we kept an eye at the gas mileage and it was better than the previous user averaging 26.9mpg vs their 22.5mpg. I will definitely use this Enterprise again in the future!
First car had a flat tire. They quickly replaced car with a really nice upgrade. Even took me home in it as I did not have any other way to get there. Nice people.
Was not happy at all I have always rented a car thru enterprise for my business trips thru my job and have never had an issue! Tifton location is amazing but Cordele location sucks! The day before I was supposed to leave I go to rent my car at the CORDELE location and they tell me I can't rent it because the credit card says the company s name that I work for and not mine! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THE CORDELE GA LOCATION
