I had to come leave a review. Mr. Robbie showed me excellent customer service this past week. I bought a trailer from them june 2015 for my business and it worked well up until 11 1/2 months. Apparently there was a recall on the adjustment arms because my trailer had jumped out of line. But anyway to make a long story short my trailer went out of warranty but big tex still repaired my trailer for free and also gave me 8 brand new wheels and tires!! I couldn't be more pleases with big tex! I will def be buying another one soon!!! Thank you Big Tex!!
The web page don't show you any trailers. Not very easy to navigate through so i would have to say they lost one trailer sale and who knows how many more. People DO NOT like complicated web sites and I know that it's NOT ME good bye.
I've unloaded many metal rails I've welded and installed off these trailers they are absolutely heavy duty and very durable can pull and carry any load. Made right here in the u.s.a. God bless
This place is a joke! Specifically asked if the trailer was new before driving from Florida to buy it. When I arrive it's smashed, and with hundreds of other trailers in stock it's the only one for sale? Don't do business with Rocky he is a liar!
Spoke to both owners of this company and they are not much more than a used car salesman in my opinion. I contacted them off an auction website that had a buy it now price and they kept changing the price upward and taking away the advertised options on the trailer. They were very difficult to do business with and eventually I gave up trying to give them my money. BE CAUTIOUS of these 2 clowns if you want any kind of quality or customer service.
