Drove for two hours to the Hampton Inn after making a reservation with Hilton/Hampton (HH member) and asking numerous times if the place is pet friendly, when we arrived at 9pm, we were turned away at the door because they have a No Pet policy. Went to the Baymont next door and got a nice desk person that rented us a room without a jacked up rate. Room was clean and very quiet. Shower pressure good. After we checked out, my wife realized she left her favorite scarf there. We called the next morning and they mailed it back to us. Service was good, pet friendly and clean rooms. Can't ask for much more. Hampton Inn could take a lesson from them
Guy at desk was so nice and helpful. It was 4am, put us in a room with a short walking distance. Waffles were good, even have little round ones perfect for toddlers. Clean room, comfy bed, reasonable rate.
Stayed one night while traveling. Room was acceptable, however we were close to train tracks and the trains schedule is every 15-25 minutes blowing their whistles. All we wanted was a good night's sleep so we could continue our travels. Didn't get it here.
I heard no trains. Room is large. T.v is small, linens had some stains on them had to remove the flat sheet, bed is very very firm. Breakfast was decent. Tub could have been wiped down better.
Nice, clean room and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommended!
