My husband and I were returning our grandkids to their home in Florida after Irma and the staff coundn't have been nicer. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good.
Very kind staff and a nice, comfortable, clean room. Also, they allowed dogs during hurricane Irma. I can't give enough stars because of this. I think all pet owners can understand!
My husband and I are so angry and upset with this hotel. We checked in, went to our room to put our things up before going to a surprise birthday party for my sister in law. After some time when the party was over, we went back to our room to only discover someone else in our room and with our things!!!! I'm absolutely pissed!!! For the lady to just give our room to someone else with our things in it, you don't know what valuables we had!
Very good experience from reservations to check out. Room clerks and manager were most helpful in getting us the room we needed. Beds are very comfortable.The hotel is clean, breakfast is fine. I recommend.
My stay at Fairfield Inn and suites was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. They had good breakfast and a pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
