ON IRMA EVACUATION FROM MIAMI(09/07/17)...i had to make a reservation there..2 rooms... one room I cancel one on time..and the other one... as I was on the road ,I lost service...so I couldn't cancel on time... (for 5 minutes!!!!)...
they still charged me ....even after calling to talk about it...that's money my family can use for food! Now during evacuation from IRMA .... I talked to the manager today(10/19/17)..and he said he can't do anything about it
I literally would have rather slept in my car on the side of the road with my 3 kids ages 7, 4 and 2. Absolutely disgusted!
Have stayed at this quality inn numerous times and have yet to have a bad experience. Always clean and comfortable. I know it takes good employees and. A manager who is a hands on person and this inn must have tgwm,also pretty good breakfast that
Richard at the front desk was phenomenal. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. I reserved a room online and somehow it was didn't show in his system but I had the confirmation email. The only room he had left was a suite. He gave me the suite for a discounted price and was super friendly. Totally recommend this place.
I'm rating this review at one star only because the option to leave it with zero wasn't available ......The room stunk like mothballs so bad that it would literally choke you out the pillows were dirty and small it made you feel really grimy the tub was nasty there supposed to be a breakfast served from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8 everything is gone and not refilled at all for $95 and night the manager needs a reality check big time do not waste your time or money there is a holiday in just a little further down the road for the same price!
We were driving through on our way to Florida and we needed to stop for the night. It was a little difficult to find a room. We called and a Mr.Richard aka skeeter answered. He said he only had two rooms so we took one and he was so helpful. Over the phone he said all he had was smoking which my husband and I don’t smoke but we were okay with it we just needed a place to sleep. When we arrived he actually had a non smoking room. Which was fantastic for the same price. The rooms were very clean they had a smell to them but it wasn’t a bad smell. We were very happy with the stay and Mr. Richard was super nice!
